Ricetta Spaghetti alla bottarga |

Ingredienti:
400 g pasta tipo spaghetti,4 fettine bottarga, prezzemolo, olio d'oliva, sale. |

Procedimento: |

|
Tritare la bottarga, metterla in una pirofila, aggiungere il prezzemolo tritato, mezzo bicchiere di olio e far scaldare la salsa a bagnomaria. Cuocere gli spaghetti al dente in abbondante acqua salata, versarli nella pirofila, mescolare bene e servire. |
